The brief
To demolish the existing derelict house and outbuildings and replace with 5 properties – 2 x semi-detached 4-bedroom home s and one detached 4-bedroom home, all with a high end finish, making as much use of the space as possible.
The outcome
Work began with the demolition of the existing house and out-buildings and followed by the necessary groundwork preparations. This required special attention due to the proximity to the neighbouring properties, so we used our expertise to devise specific access plans to minimise disruption to neighbours. We could then construct the properties exactly as the client envisaged. They were very hands on with this one, with regular site visits, often unannounced, but this was no problem as our team were on program at all times, knew exactly what they were at all times and delivered an end product that we were very proud to say we had completed, and the client was very happy, especially when noting that it came in under budget and earlier than expected!
