The brief
Convert an existing building into 16 self-contained residential flats and an office, Meridian acting as the Main Contractor to complete the works.
The outcome
Meridian were instructed to complete these work, work was completed to a high standard, within budget and on time.
Working within parameters of a London football club came with restrictions, these were met and dealt with appropriately with the local authority.
