The brief
To convert 8 derelict stables to a purpose build lodge(s) for our client to use as a commercial holiday let. This building is designed to be used a two separate lodges or can be opened into a single large lodge.
The outcome
The private client obtained planning permissions for the lodges to be built on their private property in the picturesque area of Whitstable. The property is timber framed.
The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 ‘best hospitality interior’, an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable.
