The brief
Meridian were contracted by the owners of this award winning restaurant and wine bar, previously also winning award for the restoration of it’s 14th Century vault in carrying out the redevelopment of the garden area and external bar.
We were asked to construct a bespoke, modern outdoor bar with a pizzeria kitchen and glass canopies to create a relaxing environment for customers to enjoy all year round.
