A bespoke living space created for a client that lives overseas, this was a different way of building, as we are used to clients popping in on the site and viewing the progress in person, so we had to communicate in different ways than we otherwise would, sending regular photo updates, Zoom calls etc. We had some issues on this project around utilities and tree protection orders, also having to navigate deliveries being made in tight spaces, but our experienced team ensured that this was not a problem and caused minimal disruption to neighbouring properties. The end result was a fantastic property that exceeded expectations and resulted in our client receiving 27% more for it when sold than expected, whilst our build cost remained on budget.

To create a one off bespoke living space to a high end finish for our client to sell on at a pre-stated price, so budget was key throughout to achieve the budgeted ROI.
