The brief
Medway’s first of its kind full self-build scheme. 6 bespoke, one-off dwellings for private clients, bough off-plan, giving them the ability to customise and redesign elements where possible.
The outcome
The bespoke, individual element of this project, allowing each individual owner to spec their property as they please, meant that no two properties were the same. This meant that any issues we had in one build didn’t mean we could use that expertise on the next property as it would be completely different. This brought with it its own challenges, but did also provide us with some insight as to what had worked on previous properties and relay this expertise to the client/homeowners on the further properties and we became very hands on with the builds, helping guide the clients in to what was achievable while also ensuring that they got the dream home that they desired.
